Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is an appendix to our Terms and Conditions and Support Policy and Terms.

Hosting Services Refund Policy

  • To prevent abuse all payments are final. No refunds.
  • Bryzar shall issue a refund ONLY if we justify that we fail to provide a service within seven(7) days of payment and ONLY for plans equal or less than to $5.95 USD.
  • Hosting Plans with money-back guarantee equal to $5.95 USD and lower shall ONLY be eligible for refund within the stated money-back guarantee of the plan offer.
  • Software licenses and other paid professional services such as control panels, professional installation, migration and other professional support services are not refundable.
  • Refunds shall not be provided unless or otherwise stated in the plan offer of money-back guarantee.
  • Refunds can only be issued once per client.

Managed Services Refund Policy

Services (by BryZar, BryZar Staff and Partners) are not refundable once a ticket for service or support is submitted and resolved. If you have not submitted a ticket during your service plan term, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Service fees for installation of official script patches are non refundable. We do not guarantee patches will work as that would fall back to script who made the patches. We will always do our best to troubleshoot issues though and resolve the ones we can. In the case that we can't resolve an issue with a patch, we can remove the patch but a refund would not be granted.

Script Installation or upgrades are not refundable once performed or once files have been uploaded to your server. Should an install or upgrade fail due to server issues, a refund will not be granted as we've already expended time and effort to upload the files and attempt the service. You are responsible to ensure your server meets the posted requirements and also knows the script well enough to meet any unposted requirements that would only be known if familiar with the script. We are not responsible for checking your server or helping you to update it to work with the script or other scripts. Should you not be happy with the site after the upgrade or installation due to script bugs or script features, you will not be entitled to a refund as we are not responsible for script bugs or features and our services were performed solely to upgrade or install the website.

Search engine results are not guaranteed for services relating to SEO or evaluations. Refunds will not be granted for these services.

Spam fighting improvement service does not guarantee that you will have no spam. Our methods have reduced spam on our client's sites and in many cases, they have little to no spam after. We cannot guarantee you will have the same results as others.

Restore service is not guaranteed and is a best effort restoration from your own backup files. Since backups can be corrupt and have issues, any time a site is restored, it is a major process and should not be done at a whim as you risk data corruption. Backup restore should only be considered in the most extreme cases. Refunds will not be granted for restore service.

Third party product installations are guaranteed to be professionally installed. However, we do not guarantee the product works without defects as that would be the responsibility of the vendor. No refunds will be given for third party product installations.

According to our Terms and Conditions, should your account and support plan be suspended or cancelled due to abuse of staff, or partners, or abuse of the ticket system, a refund will not be granted as you forfeit your claim to any refund should you violate the Terms and Conditions.

This policy only applies to services provided by BryZar and our staff and partners.
